A perfect vacation spot in the center of Provincetown with privacy and charm. This studio is bright and cheery with a great location. In the heart of bustling Provincetown yet with a lovely bay beach right in front of you. This studio is part of a unique condo complex and has a large common deck that sits over the beach over looking Cape Cod Bay with the curvature of the Cape off to the left and MacMillian Wharf off to the right. The studio is on the first floor, it has a queen bed, bathroom with a pretty tiled walk in shower, full kitchen, sitting area and non-working fireplace, TV/DVD, WiFi and dining nook. Linens and towels are provided and there is an air conditioner. Rarest of all, there is a private parking spot right there for the guests of this condo. Once you get to Provincetown you will not need a car for you are in the center of the town and only 50 yards to a lovely beach. Or take the ferry from Boston and with a short walk from MacMilliam you have arrived. Loaded with light and color this is really unique and perfect spot to enjoy Provincetown. Rents only weekly Saturday-Saturday in High season, maximum 3 people.Minimum 3 nights in Mid and Low seasons.
