Located along one of the best walking lanes on Cape Cod this very private suite has the quintessential Cape Cod location. On your morning stroll you will meander along a road with unsurpassed scenic beauty: the marsh, and salt ponds. The panoramic view from your small deck of the marsh extends all the way out to Cape Cod Bay. From this deck watch the sunset and the abundance of sea birds. This 2nd floor suite is bright and airy. There is a lovely queen bedroom, a living area with a TV/DVD, WiFi and dining area. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric fry pan and out door grill. There is a private entrance and a small deck to relax and enjoy the views. There is also a sitting area with lawn furniture to enjoy the gardens. The suite is air conditioned as well as having a ceiling fan. Walk to a small salt pond beach (1/4 m. away) and kayak or canoe in the marsh. Lovely seaside gardens surround this property. Tranquility and scenic pleasure is what it is all about. * Maximum 2 adults & 1 child 7+ or one non-walking infant. Stocked refrigerator for nightly B&B and no breakfast provided for weekly rentals. Distance to Grayıs Beach boardwalk 3 miles, distance to The Mill Way Beach 2 miles, distance to Hyannis 4 miles, distance to Barnstable Village 2 miles.
