Gardens galore, on a hill with over land views of the tree tops sits a lovely, large, contemporary deck house. In addition to being in a very pretty , peaceful setting you are less than a mile to historic Barnstable Village and lovely Barnstable Harbor with inlet beaches. The bike trail is also near by and it is an easy and scenic bike ride to the harbor area. There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the second floor. Room # 1 is a queen bedroom with a day bed. It has a private entrance and deck. There is a ceiling fan, wood fireplace ,TV, AC and the bath is ensuite with a tub & shower. Room # 2 is a king bedroom or the king bed can be made into two twin beds, there also can have an extra twin bed available, private ensuite bath with tub & shower, ceiling fan, TV, AC and balcony. In the hall way there is a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven for the 2 rooms to share. There is a guest living room with fireplace and TV as well as dining areas that are inside and out. In the middle of the garden is a fish pond. The owner supplies beach chairs and towels. This is a terrific central location to tour the entire Cape, take a ferry to the islands or to relax on the beach. Distance to beach and Barnstable Harbor 1 m.
